FAQ
Four things buyers ask most before inquiring
How soon do you reply after I submit an inquiry?
Inquiries submitted on business days are answered within 1 business day; the [RFQ] / [SAMPLE] / [REPORT] subject prefixes route your email straight to the matching queue and cut back-and-forth confirmation.
I only want the spec sheets and test report list — must I disclose my purchasing plan?
No. Fill in only company, country, category and email and choose "Test report list only" as your intent; you will receive bilingual spec sheets and the report index without disclosing quantities or timing.
Can I receive samples to check workmanship? What is the sample policy?
Yes. Regular samples ship in paired sizes; for sample and catalog requests use the [SAMPLE] prefix and state your target market; sample and freight costs are itemized in the quotation.
Can I order small wholesale quantities directly?
Yes. The 1688 store (bluefrontier.1688.com) handles small wholesale and in-stock orders; batch and custom inquiries go through the form or email on this page, quoted by our export team per MOQ and size run.
