Custom & OEM
For brands, channel distributors and group purchasing: from spike count and stud material to packaging and logo, we take on private-label and custom projects on the strength of our own mold workshop and rubber compounding & molding lines — mold making, sampling and mass production all in one factory.

Project workflow
Six steps from requirement to mass production
- Requirements review — submit the custom-project form; we reply with a review conclusion within 1 business day;
- Drawing / sample confirmation — spike count, stud material, compound and strap design settled;
- New or modified mold — our own mold workshop with CNC machining;
- Sampling — samples from our in-house rubber line, shipped for confirmation;
- Sealed sample — both parties confirm the sealed sample and acceptance criteria;
- Mass-production scheduling — production and shipment per the quotation and lead-time plan.

MOQ & lead time
Confirmed by model and process — no made-up numbers on this page
- MOQ differs greatly between light customization (color, strap changes) and a brand-new mold — the spec sheet and quotation govern;
- Lead time is confirmed by order quantity and line scheduling after the sealed sample, and written into the quotation;
- Custom projects ship with the test report list for the corresponding batches.
Custom project form
Submit your requirements — review conclusion within 1 business day
- State the product type (ice cleats / shoe covers) and target quantity;
- List the customization dimensions: spike count, stud material, compound, straps, packaging, logo;
- Note the target market and required test items so we can attach the report list.
FAQ
Custom & OEM FAQ
How is the MOQ for custom & OEM determined?
MOQ differs by model and process: light customization (color or strap changes) differs greatly from a brand-new mold. The exact MOQ is confirmed in the spec sheet and quotation; submit the custom-project form and we reply with a review conclusion within 1 business day.
What is the workflow from OEM sampling to mass production?
The flow is requirements review → drawing/sample confirmation → new or modified mold → sampling → sealed sample → mass-production scheduling. BlueFrontier has its own mold workshop and rubber molding line; mold making and sampling happen in the same factory. Timelines for each stage follow the plan agreed after project review.
